Alphabet Soup
Owen and Reilly are A-OK! They both brought home straight A and O/S report cards this week! The academic subjects are graded A, B, C, or D. The behavior/social progress is rated O (outstanding), S (satisfactory), or N (needs improvement). We are, shall I say, familiar with all three ratings. But not this time! Reilly has been ripping through first grade on a straight A tear all year, and this is the first time EVER that third grader Owen has pulled off the feat. They earned a reward UA sweatshirt to share (more soup for you) and giant chocolate bars. Reilly got CRUNCH and Owen got Mr. Goodbar, which Dad immediately dubbed "Mr. GoodBOY"! We are proud of both boys, but the best part, especially after last week..., was seeing how proud Owen was of himself.

    OH YEAH!!! That is so fantastic, cousins...we are thrilled with your diligence and dedication! And your chocolate bars! Wish we were visiting so we could swipe a mouthful!

    What tremendous fun and what tremendous report cards! Nana and Pop-Pop are sooooooo proud of you guys!! (What a bummer, Connor, not to get to go to FanFest--but, at least your brothers stepped in in a great job of getting your ball signed, huh!!) We'll try to go to a couple of Mariners game this summer and snag someone....WHO?!! XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

    Oh I am soooo glad you warned me about missing this one! And I was getting so good too. You have to admit it's been at least a couple of weeks since you've had to email me!
    Way to go OJO. Loving the straight A's and the smile on your face! I'm thinking I would love a great big Mr. Goodbar myself! So proud of you.
    And you too Reilly! It's hard to rise to the top and almost even harder to stay there! You rock. Or should I say.. you crunch? Either way you are awesome!
